Spaghetti Carbonara
Serving
Makes enough for 2 good portions
Ingredients
- 80g cubetti di pancetta
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp single cream
- some parmesan
- 25g flat leaf parsley
- 200g spaghetti
Method
- Finely chop the shallot and the garlic
- Get the spaghetti on
- Fry the pancetta until it starts to go golden, then add the shallot and garlic
- mix the egg, cream, parmesan and parsley together in a bowl
- when the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add the fried pancetta, onion and garlic and mix
- stir in the contents of the bowl
- serve!
